There’s always time for a laugh!

We thought that in tomorrow’s livestream we could all try to make each other laugh so we’re asking you to post your favourite funny videos in the comments below. Ideally, pick some that are on the shorter side (2 minutes or less) so we can get through more during one stream.

The two of us constantly save funny clips to show each other so we thought why not expand the idea and ask you all to partake. Just ask yourself – what would make us and other MLT Club members laugh?

We won’t be watching any of the clips in advance for a genuine live reaction tomorrow! If you too want to get suprised, then don’t klick on anybody else’s submissions 😉

    I can’t find the video for this but here is the text (from memory) of part of a Two Ronnies close of show dialogue.

    Ronnie Barker: Next week’s show includes a sketch set in a ball-bearing factory in which I play a man who loses his bearings.

    Ronnie Corbett: And I play a man who doesn’t.

    I thought about Steve Martin’s ‘King Tut’ vid, but it’s a bit long and readily available for anyone who wants to see it. Monty Python’s ‘Dead Parrot’ sketch, ‘Lumberjack Song’, etc. Benny Hill is another Brit who was hilarious.

    I had a MLT Club log/reply session with Dayrl after the baking session (hopefully only a few of you watched the birds video I posted then). One of the things that came up was what happens when fruit ferments before you get a chance to pick it. It turns out it can happen not only with sweet fruit, but also with flower nectar. So here’s a story about the birds and the bees and what happens when animals overindulge:

    Anything by The Little Rascals-,Our Gang is funny …. YouTube clips of episodes are available but too long to view here, do so at your own leisure …my 2 fave episodes …. Little Spanky Babysitting and glues baby to floor and when Spanky and Gang on a golf course, leans on a fence and it goes downhill, etc….hilarious ….🤣😂

        I’m not sure….maybe and I just didn’t recognize him….after he outgrew Luttle Rascals, He did a few things before he was shot to death Darla Hood appeared on a Little Rascals spoof on Jack Benny show as her character Darla, but all grown up….lol ….some other Little Rascals /Our Gang appeared on ” You Asked Fir It ” or whatever the show was called in he 1950s ….all these on YouTube to watch…..lol

    Okay, this one is a bit longer than 2 minutes but it’s a Xmas themed , but you can watch and stop watching at 2 mins , IRISH ROVERS band doing one of their famous Leprechauns sketches from their TV show that aired in Canada in the 1970s , that which I loved watching as a kid in the 70s …..still cracks me up to this this one, 🤣😂🇨🇦🇮🇪

    Oh boy, you’ve hit my my warped twisted sense of humour smile with today’s Day 12 …. right up my alley….. luv funny stuff….. so many to choose…. folks, best you go empty yer bladders out before watching, make sure you’re not eating/drinking while watching, a choke hazard may result….lol
    Belly will be sore from , laughing tears of humour will erupt from eyes…. Thankyou for this notion for Day 12 …. 😂🤣

      I love this, I like the ones with Tim and Harvey Korman too. Harvey would always break character and crack up.

        Exactly….those 2 were the modern day Laurel n Hardy…. and yeppers…. bith of them couldn’t keep it straight, Harvey being the weaker of the 2 to break down….made the sketches even funnier …. Vicki Lawrence on a YouTube clip explains the BTS story of the Elephant one….. and then there’s a YouTube clip of Tim Cobway blooper outtakes from that elephant one …Omg …..one can’t breathe from laughing so hard …. I know from experience and having tears flow and if on a full bladder….well … lol

        Btw….Harvey was the voice of the Great Gazoo on the Flintstones ….

        Thanks for your comments, I love Mr. Bean, Black Adder & Johnny English too!
        I wish I could comment more, as I really enjoyed everyone’s videos that M & L picked out! They were hilarious! But it’s almost 11 pm, & I’ve got to get up at 6:30 am for work. I had to watch the livestream late, but it livened up my evening!
