I mentioned this previously, but when I was little I thought that song was Serving USA, until I listened closely one day when I was a little older and realized they were singing about surfing, Surfin USA.

I had a milder issue with that same song, Jung. Back when I only knew the Shaun Cassidy version, I thought the first line was “if everybody had a notion”. But Mike Love cleared that up for me immediately.
