I thought this was the best song on the “Eurovision ’83” cassette that my French pen pal sent me when I was in high school.  Fortunately it was an audio cassette, so my eyesight wasn’t damaged by the outfits.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmxX5t9-fpc

    Translation:

All alone with my pain, I’m walking through the streets.
The loneliness of tomorrow is getting me down today.

Yes, I’m waiting for the one, but nobody is waiting for me.
I’m spinning right round in the twister of stormy feelings.

Such a hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love.
Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love is taking us away.

Then I finally found her after empty, dark hours.
But destiny was not on our side.  Now I’m standing in the rain.

Such a hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love.
Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love is taking us away.

I live in my fantasies, and I hunt the rainbow.
Did we cheat ourselves?  Cheat ourselves…

Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love.
Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love is taking us away.

Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love
Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love is taking us away.

Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane. thunderstorm of love.
Hurricane, hurricane, hurricane, thunderstorm of love.

Wow, Hendricks sings through his guitar.  That’s his trade mark.  So expressive.

Hey Joe, hope you’re having a fine day.  Steve Miller had so many great songs I loved like this one.  Not weather related but worth another listen.  Brings me sunshine.

    Hey Jung,

Having a fine day, How bout yourself?

Another great song by Steve. I get this cable station AXS. It’s sort of a music station.

They carry Dan Rather Big Interview where he interviews Music Artist and Movie Actors. Not sure if Canada cable carries it. If it does you should check it out.

Anyway if I remember Steve Miller father was a producer or Manager for some big names. So when he was young he was around some  great guitar artists. He learned some of his licks from Blues guitarist – I can’t remember his name. He interact with Chuck Berry and many more. Steve was a Dallas Texas native.  Heck instead of typing just watch it. Steve looks a lot like Russell Crow in his later years. What do you think.

    Enjoy the interview my friend.
