    Jung,

I look forward to it, too!  There really is something intangible, beyond the technical ability and excellence of the MonaLisa Twins.  I, too, am moved by their songs.  I love how they can be so playful, and then so serious.  For example, you get “No Worries Company” and then Lisa chewing her hair in “That’s Life” video, then “Still A Friend of Mine.”  They’re really special, and fantastic!

I really appreciate your input and comments, Jung.  I think you and I are on the same wavelength, as they say.  🙂

    Stay Groovy,

    David

Jung, I just listened to this, and it is beautiful!  Mozart changes keys as smoothly and seamlessly as a professional driver shifting gears in a manual-transmission high-performance car!  Wow, this is honey to the ears, much like MonaLisa Twins’ singing and music!  We are so blessed to have all of this great music, and we can listen to it over and over again!  I know each of us have our own stories, but I haven’t counted how many times MonaLisa Twins’ music has been my companion in my car, while commuting, etc.   I like to think that they are singing to me any time I want, and in a very real way, they are, as to each of you as well.  🙂  This is the beauty of good music and song, and bonus if the band bringing it to you are also beautiful themselves (thank you, Mona and Lisa!!).  I could listen to their CDs on non-stop loop; they are world-class good!

Lynn, I’d love to see a MonaLisa Twins concert here in the States!  Maybe someday not too far off.  And Bill, thank you for your greeting, too!  Yes, MonaLisa Twins help bring joy into the world through their music and song, and remind us that music is the sound of feeling, as someone once said, and putting love into music and expressing it has to be one of the most beautiful and powerful things in the world!

Hi, Mona!  You’re thoughtful reply really brightened my day!  Thank you for that, so much!

I hope you and Lisa and your family and everyone there has a great and blessed day!

With love, and, of course, “stay groovy,”

Jung, I can imaging how exciting that was.  “Orange” you glad you finally got the album, though?  LOL  I love the color orange, too, and much of it is because of Mona and Lisa.  I’m truly seeing orange all over the place, more than ever!  : )

    Peace and Stay Groovy,

Your MLT Friend in St. Louis, MO – USA,

Thank you, Jacki and Jung, and the information about the color orange is very interesting!  Wow, orange has become one of my favorite colors!  MonaLisa Twins are in my heart and in my eyes.  I saw a man walking earlier in a solid-orange shirt, and I thought that I’d like to have an orange shirt like that, even though I haven’t usually worn orange.  But I think that’s going to change very soon.  It’s interesting how when you love someone and what they do, it flows into every area of your life.  Interestingly, the first album (CD) of MonaLisa Twins that I bought is “ORANGE.”  The other day someone brought some food to me while I was watching wrestling with my son in a room with the light turned off, and I realized later that the plastic plate was orange.  MLT, what have you done to me?  LOL — Keep doing it, I love it!  And I love the real community-feel that I get from my fellow MLT Club members like you both, Jacki and Jung!

  • Hi, Jung!  Yes, I love all the details and nuances in the videos.  The Twins have such fantastic personalities!!  : )

  • Hi, Jung and everyone!  I agree that this acoustic version is sizzling good!  I love the original on “Orange,” but wow, this version!  And as usual, Mona and Lisa’s bubbly personality and playfulness just send it over the top.
I’m sent into the stratosphere with the acoustic version of “Sweet Lorraine,” and MLT is “to blame.”  ; )

    Love, and Stay Groovy!!

Paul, your painting is beautiful, and it brought tears to my eyes.  There’s so much meaning in it.  I want to keep looking, because I feel like I’ll get even more of the meaning each time I study it, as is true of all good art, like yours!  : )

    Peace with love,

Hello, Jacki, Howard, Jung, and Johnnypee and everyone!  Thank you for your greetings!  I joined the club because MonaLisa Twins are fantastic and special (such good music, singing, originality, personality, etc.), and of my love for them, but I see that there is a lot of love amongst us MLT members and admirers!  I’m feeling the love, and it is special.  Thank you!  I’m definitely on-board with MonaLisa Twins and all of you for the whole journey!  It’s like all of our own Magical Mystery Tour!!  : )

    Peace, Love, and Stay Groovy,

Mr. Thompson, yes, I love that scene too!  Mr. Holland gets the young lady to relax and focus on something she loves, such as her beautiful red hair and the fact that it reminds her dad of a sunset.  This helps her to stop fretting over making a mistake and to dial-in to a deep place in her heart and soul, and then she starts to play from there, and you and I know the result.  I love how she opens her eyes when she realizes she “hit” the note, and then Mr. Holland says, well, don’t stop, keep going, then Mr. Holland stops playing and watches her in pleased astonishment, but the young lady is so engrossed in her soul and playing that she just keeps on going, like she’s found a groovy place in her own world.  She was definitely in a “zone!”  Wow!
