Thank you for your very informative reply.

I believe my pedal chain is fairly standard for many guitarists: 

Compressor -> Clean Boost -> Fuzz/Distortion/Overdrive -> Chorus

One thing that may be a little unusual, is that my Chorus pedal is stereo. I love the sound coming from two well separated amps.

I count on the amplifier for Reverb, when needed.
