In all their own ways but yet unite… For me it’s ongoing poetry… It’s all of its own tunes that are conjured from within along with the rhythms and lyrics and Harmonies and Melodies and so forth but all intertwined to produce something that touches all no matter where or when… It speaks… Comforts… Listens…

Lol David… We probably are in the same age bracket then… You must try telepathically harder… Perhaps I’ll give it a try if I ever see him in concert… That is if he’d do Canadian dates nearby where I am as I don’t drive … Lol…. Just curious… Are you on FB?! I was a Happy Days Fan too…. Lol… OK… Gotta go get my nighttime ZZZs… Almost 2AM here… Gnite EH?!

Wow… I would love to see John perform……. I wasn’t aware it was John who sang the Welcome Back Kotter theme song for the TV show as I was only a kid in the 70s…. But I knew I liked the song and voice… I ‘ve always enjoyed Luvin Spoonful growing up in the 70s hearing them on radio and seeing on TV…….
Sidenote… Zal owned a cafe/bistro/bar with his actress wife Jackie Burroughs (Anne of Green Gables movies/Road To Avonlea TV series on ???) in Kingston Ontario and I think their daughter still owns it or has some ties to it still but not sure since both Zal & Jackie have passed on…. The place is called Chez Piggy

Hi Dave: You’re welcome :)… That’s what got conjured up in my mind so that’s what transpired .. Glad you like it.
I had also did up a poem for Tomas on here about his Aunt Lorraine’s passing… As I say… When something inspires or strikes a profound chord within me… It spawns creative output….

Hey David…. This is not a parody but I had this conjure up in my mind just now:
” ParodyMan Dave”
Though as of recent
He became keen
I’m referring to the Groovy MLTBuzzing Music Scene
And has shared with us here
A talents of sorts
Where he takes an MLT song
And excels in Creative Parody Sports
Quite impressed
Great way to become destressed
Putting creativity thinking cap to the test
Gives it his best
And funny as hell
In fact they’re fab swell
Can you tell?!
All good
And Positively worth the rave
Of this new crave of creative wave
Applause if you will
Give it Up
For Parodyman Dave…

Brilliant David… Got me chuckling while on bus heading home… I’ve got to tackle doing up one of these…. The parodies… Not the Quiche… Sheesh…. I ‘ve got Poetic Reach found my niche but you could teach … Loved this one the best so far as my fave of your stuff… Thanks Dave for conjuring up… You need to create your own blog for your stuff like I have for my poetry .. I’ d follow your blog…

Hi Mona… Thankyou kindly for your thought provoking and detailed reply…. I ‘m both fascinated and been educated by and have an even more appreciation for yet again what the whole songwriting and conjuring up entails and the rest of the entire creative process …. I’ ve learned loads here…. I’m glad I had asked the Q…..
Big Hugs Back At You All too…
PS… Many a sighting of yellow and red Tulips out n about here… Our Tulip Festival has now begun…. Your inspiration is Groovifying in everything … ?

Though I can’t pinpoint exactly what all/when my first records(albums & 45s/cassette tapes were bought and of but I do recall a few… And I still have somewheres packed away… My Glass Tiger and Duran2 stuff… A mixture of other genres… Beatles is in there…. I had exposure to all kinds of music in my house growing up as my parents enjoyed (country music/Doris Day /Connie Francis/BigBand/Elvis&etc) and my older siblings(Rock n roll/country/Blues/Bluegrass/Southern RocknRoll/etc)… .. Not was very keen on Disco but I did enjoy decent dance to Grove music… If I liked to dance to it… That was good choice… If I liked dancing/singing along/airguitaring-airdrumming/airpiano… Well… A bonus… Lol

Hi Michaela… You’re quite welcome and glad you liked the poem . I hope you had a nice day…. I went to the cemetery to put flowers at my Mom’s grave today. Today also marked what would of been my parent’s 57th Wedding Anniversary too. Mom lives on in my heart and memories.
