Hi there Bill, sorry, I have to reply under otger folks who reply to you as I’m not seeing a Reply button under your posting to reply direct to you, if so, my dumb eyes missed it with this new setup , Yes, I’ve introduced MLT’s music to many , and one person Thanked Me for having introduced MLT ‘s music to her, she enjoys… proof, if you share a YT video or play a CD, etc, that is the best concrete way of introducing the music, seeing/hearing …. at least, that’s my concept/belief that works, in my mind ????✌

Well, I know that somewheres else on here, I’ve answered or at least replied before but for the sake of Jung’s topic, here, I’ll repeat, more or less what I had said elsewhere on here… Aside from hearing them on the radio at night or and I think my late Mom might have had a few in her record collection, I was introduced to Beatles, primarily in part Thanks to my 2nd oldest brother’s Grade 5 teacher who was a Beatles fan and I recall going to a concert at the public school where her class ( which my 2nd oldest brother was in ), I was in Grade 2 respectively , and it was either a nightime concert where I was with Mom, or it was daytime, whichever it was, they performed -sung a whole whackload of Beatles songs….obviously it made an impact/impression on me, to still be able to recall that ….????????

Hi there Bill, you may/may not be aware of this fact but Dusty Springfield’s older brother wrote a few of the Seekers big hits… ” Georgy- Girl”, ” I Know I’ll Never Find Another You”, and some other songs he wrote that they had recorded during their career…Sad news to hear and she had a lovely, distinctive voice, RIP Judith ☮

I’m a Canadian MLT fan going on 15 yrs now, had first discovered them on YouTube while looking for a decent cover version of ” California Dreaming “, Thankful, their version caught my ears/eyes, and became hooked right from get go…

Their music and they themselves, Rudi and Michaela inckyded are all refreshing to me in today’s music landscape ….

My own Dad passed away on my Birthday in 2011, while my Mom passed in 1995 .., looking forward to seeing more postings from you… Grooving Onwards MLT style…????☮

Ever since I got my hearing aids back in December.,now that’s how surround sound works in action…. to hear MLT with hearing aids, though I still do always have/will use headphones, it just sounds better with headphones ???? …though Hearing Aids just as effective????????????????????

I thought Joni Mithcell’s recent health issues prevented her from singing, or at least limiting her capabilities or gas she fully recovered, I must of been under a rock where she’s concerned because last time I saw/read, her health was poorly and could not sing at tge time…. but I’m happy she continues on best she can …

Hi Diana, well in my family, for Thanksgiving Lunch/Supper ( depending on what time it was to be served at ), the main Thanksgiving meal consisted of turkey, stuffing, maybe a cooked ham, various veggies, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberries/jellied or in sauce form or slices/whole… dinner rolls, Apple or Pumpkin pie , other treats for dessert…

As far as Jung mentioning the Tim Hortons Timbits and Poutine are concerned, with /for me, …prior to my development of severe nut allergies eons ago, I had always thiught Poutine looked gross and turned me off to try until my best friend about 20 yrs ago, before I had developed nut /other food allergies , let me try a tiny bit of hers from a mall food court vendor… NewYork Fries not bad, but I do love curd cheese on its own…. and because of my nut allergies, can no longer eat any Timbits/Tim Hortons food items, because some stuff has nuts, and cross contamination factor there, tgey cannot guarantee nut free so I only drink tea, same with McDonald’s, etc. I rarely eat out now for thus reason, why I make my own poutine, if mood strikes to, and definitely make my own treats, but I sometimes bring my own treat /KitKat bar made in Canada to eat with my tea from McDs/ Tim Hortons … but before I had nut allergies, I enjoyed Timbits, Chocolate Dipped Donut from Tim Hortons, other stuff but I cannot now, even the other food items from Tim Hortons/McDs, and thus can’t eat ethnic foods either sadly …

Thanksgiving Meals with my immediate family ( older brother, sis in law, my niece/nephews and my 2nd oldest bro, we have usually Turkey, cooked ham, stuffing, cranberry sauce, carrots-parsnips mashed combo, turnip, dinner rolls, apple and pumpkin pies, my fudge, or squares, that I hake for dessert …. ????????????????
