Maybe one day, I’ll come across a Purple Amp, along with a Jax sized Purple Guitar and make some kind of noise, that is, if my eyesight/hand/eye/brain ccoordination-connection perception handicap issue would allow the one time of a miracle for it to be a success and occur….one can dream…

Dusty Springfield actually did back in the early-mid 60s what I would consider a ” video”…in a sense, she “mimed” to songs on location… for a few of her songs, one time in Belgium, and I think France or somewheres for another song, kind of like a predecessor to the 80s video thing, also the YouTube clip of her and Jimi Hendrix doing ” Mockingbird”….. then after she got popular again with her duet with Pet Shop Boys, she made a few modern day videos…before she passed in 1999.

Lol…My main instrument is….singing…. lol, play tambourine, dabble in harmonica, piano, though all stringed instruments , not happening, I have severe hand/eye co-ordinationination/brain connection that learning to play is deemed impossible with me, I’ve tried, no can do, I’m better with petcyssion type and harmonica, and etc type instruments but…I can do a mean air guitar, drumming, piano, no problem….lol…

Though it was a Mamas and Papas cover that I discovered MLT with on YouTube , uh, eons ago…I think 14 yrs now it is, or close to it…I equally appreciate their originals, as they are a refreshing change in the music landscape, and are welcomed to my listening ears…

Not sure but maybe ABBA, Queen , Fleetwood Mac, maybe Mamas & Papas, Dusty Springfield, had some songs that used violins, etc in… good topic idea Jung…

Loved that Darryl, I was singing it as I read it…lol… I actually sang a duet of that song on a online social global Karaoke App awhile ago with someone…I’ve always liked that song, but your version, million times over better, Thanks for writing that up !! ????
