Well, aside from Binge MLT-ing Listening, I’d have to say Mamas and Papas, Cass Elliot, Denny Doherty, Patsy Cline, Vince Gill, Reba, Dusty Springfield, Amy Winehouse Beatles, my buddies –Glass Tiger, and many others, but these are my staples in Binge -Listening aside from MLT…????

Okaydokey, I’m the Weirdo here…. I always knew Karen first as a singer before I knew she was a drummer…lol… Growing up as a kid in the 70s, I always saw her on tv singing , didn’t know/realuze then at the time, she was a drummer, I only knew her to sing, so to be fair, that is why I say this, call me Weirdo or Late To The Party…. when I was kid, I didn’t always see/hear things that I’ve since then have done so to know about now that of which I wasn’t aware 9f back then at the time…

Yeppers, I call them ” Gals”…lol.. as most members are male on here…lol… so ” Queens, Princesses, Goddesses” references , for me, doesn’t feel right for me to refer to them as…lol .. Although , I do like the ” Goddesses ” reference, if I were male, I’d of probably chosen that …lol…???? But that’s just me …

Sad to say as a kid, I endured bad experiences on Amusement/Fair rides as a result traumatized me that I refuse to still not go on any rides, rather enjoy and prefer walking around, visiting the farm animals, tractors, hot rod cars, etc playing tent bingo, playing midway games, etc

I love all MLT’S creative artworks for each of their own creative merits …for a visual concept /learner as I am, I truly appreciate all the detailing that goes into the artworks, it’s poetical to me, instead of words it’s visual expression,visual music story telling… I’ve always been creative minded and rather excelled better in school in art, poetry, etc as opposed to all the math, science, etc, that stuff no use to me, never could grasp it whereas, art, etc, I do, comes natural to me. Anytime aptitude tests were done in school, I always did better in social/art, etc areas tgan thenath, etc areas. Also in Grade 12( my final year of high school) upon deciding to go into the COOP Education Program, there was a day or two 9f testing in different areas to see what strengths/weaknesses you had in order to determine COOP placements and ideas for future career paths…guess what, once again, it was proven… I scored high in social/creative/visual, etc and failed /did poorly in Maths, etc… so, I’m happy to be creative and appreciate the creativity of art and in music . I tend to gravitate intuitively/instinctively towards artistic things that grab my attention, and when I write poetry, it’s visual minded, I see in my mind what I write, and then one can interpret the way the poem works for themselves. That is, I know what the poem means for me but at same time, I leave it open for personal interpretation upon the reader and what they get from it… Good topic Jung…

Hi Diana, Barrie is about a 5-6 hrs drive from Ottawa but it was still devastating to see on news, Thankyou for your concern…but it did bring back memories of the devastating Tornado that hit Ottawa area a few years ago, and obliterated somewhat a neighborhood down the road from me. Tornadoes seem to be becoming a tad more common here than I’d like.
