I’m in Canada too, like Jung, but over on towards Eastern part… my guess is our calendars  had to held in Quarantine for a few days or weeks upon arrival from UK to Canada, so perhaps next week, maybe we’ll both receive our calendars  and be #MLTBuzzLuvGroovified  Canuckers whenever they’ve finally arrive to  each of us….lol????????????

Glad you’re  a member and enjoy all the offerings on here, and the Groovy Commaraderie amongst all the members here, as we’re  all Globally scattered but united with our enthusiasm  and appreciation for Team MLT and what their  music means for/to us,  for the individuals that they are, their creativity  and other gifts they were blessed bestowed  upon with ☮

Being currently,  in my 50s, and was introduced to Beatles courtesy of my 2nd oldest brother back when when he was  in Grade 5 thanks in part to his cool Beatles fan Grade 5 teacher – “Mrs. S.”, while I was in Grade 2, made quite an impression on me, and he tended to like/prefer the later Beatles stuff as do I… we share similar  music tastes 😉 … I still vividly recall the assembly at night in school gym, for whatever the reason ( Xmas or some other special occasion to invite parents & families  out to school gym for an evening…) when the cool Beatles  fan of tgeGrade 5 teacher of my 2nd oldest brother ‘s class decided to have her  class  do an array of different Beatles songs to sing to the audience in gym… I can’t  recall if my Grade 2 class did something or not, I just recall the Beatles sing along vividly….guess that was more important to me, as 50 some yrs later, it still stands out in my memory ….lol????☮

I love this, Thankyou for sharing Howard all…, this is right up my alley for unusual instruments, that I like and , would be willing to tackle to try to learn to play on or at least dabble around on….????

And I continue on with writing poetry, rediscovering painting,  keeping up with drawing/doodling/sketching, doing other crafty things of interest to me, and baking more often of my nutfree things I can safely eat… but I have 2 NutFree Bakeries in Ottawa to which I can safely enjoy Nutfree treats from when the cravings for storebought hit????

The same can be said for Ottawa, sometimes….lol… alot of times its gets overlooked on things, because to some  foljs, it gets monikers as being ” too political  of a town”, “Government  Town”, etc, while it is has so much to offer , see, do, and in it’s  surrounding towns, etc outside the Ottawa Region and over on the Quebec side.. ( one can literally walk, ride, drive their way over to the Quebec side,  courtesy  of downtown Ottawa…. or keep going further east of Ottawa in about 40 mins, you can arrive at the Quebec border there,  take a ferry over to Quebec or go west of Ottawa about a 50 min drive, take a ferry to Quebec side… ????????????)

I loved going on drives with Dad to places between Ottawa and Montreal,  Ottawa to Toronto )

Heck, I’ve enjoyed being a tourist in my own city, learn stuff I didnt know about and/or never got an opportunity  to see before now…

Hi Gary…lol…just wanted to clarify , that I’m a  gal, and the name is “Jacki”…..only my immediate  family are allowed to get away with calling me ” Jack”.. lol.. Just wanted to clarify my gender… no worries.. and still awaiting for arrival on my calendar…it would be a groovy bonus if it arrived on this coming Wednesday  , as it will be my Birthday,  but also in remembrance  of my Dad’s  passing… tge calendar arrival on that day, would be a bonus cheer me upper????????

Of course The Parliament Bldngs, especially  around Centre Block or by Eternal Flame with Jung and myself decked out in our #MLTBuzzLuvGroovified  Swag Wears, would be iconic and classic and epic Groovy….lol… perhaps, it will occur one day, would like that opportunity if it presented itself.   But right now and the last few yrs, Parliament  Bldngs,  currently Centre Block, closed down for major renovation…????????
