Awesome Jacki!  I think yours was “Walking Through The Air” for a few orbits?  Aren’t they great?   When mine arrived last week, my wife sent me a picture of the package.  I think I was driving her nuts with my texts each day,”Did you check the mail today? or the humble,”So, did I get any mail today?”  I think she thought it would drive me crazy to know it had arrived

My calendars all run Sunday – Saturday.  This one is Monday – Sunday.  How are they in the Great North?  Is this a standard calendar thing, or is this a common pattern for calendars?

Amazing.  Thanks for sharing this, Jung.  I like when she said,”Music is God.”

Quite a few years ago, we saw the Tony Levin Band in a small club.  Tony is a master with the Stick.  He is probably best known for his work with Peter Gabriel.

He is truly amazing to watch.  I remember they did a couple of King Crimson songs, one of Tony’s previous bands.  Is anyone familiar with Elephant Talk?
It’s a kool song from the progressive rock era.  It’s not for everyone, but I think it is fun to watch and try to keep up with what they are doing.

Here is a great video from 1981 when they appeared on a late night TV show.  https://youtu.be/p5Eoek8a500

    Hey, Tim.
The Advent Calendar was pretty kool.  It was fun watching everyone interact each day.

I agree with you about their originals.  I think a lot of us started with the covers, but I dove into their original work, and that was all I wanted to hear.  I am looking forward to the next release.

    Welcome, Leif!

You picked a good place to land.  The band is just fantastic and their fans are some of the classiest in the world.

If you are a new comer, I always like to suggest the Sky Diving video.  Lisa and Mona went sky diving for their 18th birthday.  They have a video of their adventure in the Out & About section. It has a very kool soundtrack.  Put it up on a big screen with volume turned up.

I agree, I love their guitars on Hey Bull Dog.  These live mixes sound great.
    Kudos to the recording team.

    Groovy Jacki

As you pointed out, MLT brought a lot to the table this year with two new albums, new videos, wondrous stories of their sight seeing adventures.
And it is so nice that they take time to interact with their fans.  As Lisa said, this is a nice safe haven to check in for a little break .

This band is a real class act with the classiest fans

Ya, that was the grooviest.  It felt like we were all in their living room.   They sounded so good, just two guitars, two voices and a tad of reverb.  Video and sound quality were excellent.

I hope they do it again.  It was so much fun having everyone on at the same time.
