I hope you don’t mind a (mostly) instrumental:

I’m probably one of the few Taylor Swift fans around here, but I thought I’d throw this one out there.  It’s is actually the first song she wrote that I could personally identify with.  Before we were married, my wife and I had a long distance relationship for a year that ended with us breaking up (we got back together and have been married now for 38 years)

“This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me”

I suppose that’s just as well.   Because if they told me their top two songs are “Come Together” and “The Sound of Silence” I really couldn’t decide which one I’d want them to do next.

This begs the question: exactly what songs are on the “potential covers” list?  I’ve said before that I’m more interested in new original songs, but if the Twins need a break from writing new material, I’d be curious to know what’s near the top of that list. And maybe, we fans could have a vote in what’s next.  What say you, MLT fans?

Also thanks to MLT, I don’t think I’ll ever hear “Two of Us” again (sung by anyone) without picturing the twins growing up together.

    Pink Floyd, “Have a Cigar”.

    “The band is just fantastic
That is really what I think
Oh by the way, which one’s Pink?”

Perhaps not exactly what you’re looking for, but, The Beatles took a song they didn’t write and let Ringo add a couple lines.  In “Honey Don’t” Ringo says, “Ah, Rock on, George, for me”  and “Ah, rock on, George for Ringo one time”.

Taylor Swift “Look What You Made Me Do”.  “I’m sorry, the old Taylor can’t come to the phone right now.  Why? Oh, ’cause she’s dead!”  referring to the fact that she’s not the naïve nice girl she used to be.

The error I found above also occurs in  “Replies Created” and “Engagements”.  I was, however able to scroll through my own lists, just not other member lists.

I also discovered that under “Settings” I get a 404 error when I clicked on “Profile Visibility”.  I assume that this is where I could turn on/off other members abilities to see my forum activity.  I don’t know if I’m stuck “on” or “off”.

My wife wants to know if I miss my job.  Up until two weeks ago I was a software tester.  It was my job to click on every button in a web site to see what didn’t work.  So here I am clicking on every button on this site.

Next I’ll be testing the “Donations” page.  Give me an estimate on how long it will take to fix these bugs (or the actual time it takes) and I’ll make a donation to help pay for your time.

This is kind of freaky.  Early this morning I went to the grocery store.  The thumb drive with my music was set on random play.  Song that starts playing when I start the engine: “Friday on My Mind”.  In case you haven’t been following this thread, go check what I said yesterday.

I woke up this morning with “Lola” playing in my head.  I don’t know why since the last thing I listened to last night was “If I Fell”.  I suspect tomorrow I’ll have “Friday on My Mind”.

I’ve been starting and ending my day with my MLT playlist on my computer.  If I drive somewhere I have all their CDs on a thumbdrive plugged in.
