Dear Club members, to all who were wondering about our viewpoint on this post and comments related to the Forum guidelines, and whether it should be taken down or not: We think a potentially heated debate was handled very respectfully by all. Naturally there are different viewpoints on social and political topics, that’s why we usually ask to avoid such subjects. But the original poster did not mean to stir up a debate, and we think we can all agree that comparing news reports with personal experiences and local family/friends is always a good idea.

Thanks a lot for letting us know about this. We just refunded order 182217 to you!
Both parcels already got dispatched so they are on their way to you right now. However, if you only pay the custom fees for one of the deliveries the other one will get sent back to us automatically. You can also keep both and give the extra CD and calendar to someone you know, perhaps it will make a nice Christmas gift for someone. 🙂
We are currently looking into the issue with the shopping cart. We heard of a case where it got emptied right after the purchase and got refilled again after some time, did that happen in your case? Or did the cart just stay filled after the order was completed? It might have something to do with caching or cookies and some wrong settings on our website so we’ll try to fix it asap. Papa Rudi is looking into it right now.

We’ve fixed the issue, sorry that it took us a while!
We recently rebuilt some of our pages to make them load faster and something went wrong with that one by accident. As always, thanks for pointing it out!

Hi David,
We’re receiving your emails about not hearing back from us but we have replied to several of them throughout the last two weeks and tried sending them from different email addresses, shop@monalisa-twins.com and monalisa@monalisa-twins.com.
We are not quite sure why they are not getting to you. You mentioned that they don’t show up in your spam folder so the only reason we can think of is that perhaps the email addresses are blacklisted from your provider. Perhaps you have marked a past email as “spam” which banned them indefinitely? Could you please check in your email provider?
Are you receiving the weekly MLT Club Wire emails from us?
Either way, we have sent off a replacement parcel (alongside some extra items to make up for the mistake) back on the 9th of March so hopefully it will arrive soon. We really apologise for mixing up the CD with the DVD!

We added the song as soon as we saw this post a few weeks ago but forgot to confirm it with a message here. So just to let you know – “Good Morning Starshine” has been added to the “Additional Recordings” player on the jukebox page.

We updated the page and added a “load more” feature. If the “In It For Love” post is still missing for you, you might have to empty your cache so that the browser shows it correctly. But it’s fixed now!

Hey everyone,
We just updated the instructions above to match the current screen displays. It seems the “My Account” wording got replaced by “username” in some recent software update. Other than that all should work as normal. -

Thanks for the suggestion. We’ve incorporated that in our re-structuring of the Club. You will now find an extra player for the Duo Sessions, and we also included the songs in the Surprise Jukebox.
