Very nice call Jim,
Rust Never Sleeps and Comes a Time always have been my NY favorites. Not his best known works.

Many of us feel certain that Jerry is up there jamming with Jimi and Duane Allman,
just waiting on the rest of the band.I am imagining Lennon has moved over to bass guitar.
Brian Wilson and George Martin are working their magic in the studio. -
Jacki,
those lyrics should be set to music ! -
I wonder if the helicopter is going to visit cydonia or the nuclear explosions.
A different perspective on Once Upon a Time.Cheers

Maybe it’s a good thing Beethoven isn’t around anymore.

thanks very much for the URL.Who can rank albums across genres?
Maybe it’s silly to try.
What does greatest mean?
But just within the genre i think i know well …Rumours, What’s Going On ahead of Sgt Peppers?
Revolver, Abbey Rd ahead of Sgt Pepper’s ?
Who’s Next ahead of Tommy?
Harvest ahead of After The Goldrush?
Seriously? On the other hand i am very happy to see Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder & Miles Davis get some credit.
I have just watched the movie Miles Ahead. This is going to be Don Cheadle’s signature piece.
Now that i have drifted into movies …
has Mrs. Roe seen Chaplin – Robert Downey’s signature piece,
or Zodiac, where Downey plays a news reporter who is a very troubled soul ?Cheers

They need a larger sample size. It’s always going to be period and age biased.
Jung how about a URL for the list please.

Jung,
please post those photos when you are ready.
Cheers

I already posted this but as long as this is about Poco – here is Ritchie Furay’s band.
His Pedal Steel player can’ hold a candle to Rusty but there are some great vocals w/ Tim Schmidt. -
