Ask The MonaLisa Twins – August Summary
What you asked us throughout August …
Here we are summarising all questions you guys asked us during the last 4 weeks in the Ask the MonaLisa Twins Forum. It’s been a fun mix with lots of diverse questions.
Unlike in the Q&A videos that we like to do from time to time, the forum questions are never themed, and you can leave your questions there about anything, anytime you’d like!

Stay groovy,
Mona & Lisa
Lots of great questions, and as usual great effort Mona and Lisa answering all those questions for us. One of my favourite and fulfilling things in the Club to be able to ask you both questions and sometimes see a glimpse into your world that we otherwise would not be able to. Thanks so much for all the tireless things you do for the MLT Club members to make our experience here so wonderful! 🙂
I agree, Jeffery. I was late to the party, but there are a lot of great questions here and great answers. You are right. Lisa and Mona are so gracious with their time. These are always so informative. I love when musicians love to talk about their gear and offer tips.
JP
Right on, JP! I’ve learned a lot of what I know about musical instruments right here in the club from others’ questions and the ladies’ answers. I actually thought the cajon Mona utilizes in “Paint it Black” was really a shipping crate before learning otherwise here. That’s why my Qs tend to be more lighthearted. I leave the techy Qs to those of you with a better knowledge of the subject matter. I love learning right along with you when they answer. Hopefully the twins’ awesome, fun As to my Qs offer some fun to others.
Wow, we really went nuts on volume of Qs this month! I really enjoy this chance to both learn something new about you, and of course, receive a personal reply from you. I try to ask 2 per month, but admittedly sometimes feel a bit guilty taxing your time. You keep encouraging Qs each month, so I keep asking, but I hope you’ll be honest with us and let us know if we ever go overboard! I definitely never want to impede on your creative time, or personal ‘recharge’ time. It’s clear how much you appreciate your fans(friends), and you continuously pamper and spoil us! You’re both the picture of grace and diplomacy, especially when dealing with questions similar to ones you’ve answered before, so please don’t be afraid to ask us to rein it in! I, for one, won’t be offended. All four of you give us so much joy and ????, and I appreciate it more than I can express. THANK YOU!
