Day 24 – Merry Christmas I
Frohe Weihnachten!
That’s German for Merry Christmas! 🙂
In Austria, where we grew up, Christmas is celebrated today, on the 24th, and we have kept up that tradition ever since moving to the UK. Many of you who live in Europe will do the same! May it be a peaceful, loving, relaxing day – we all truly deserve it after a year like this.
After an incredibly enjoyable livestream last night we will take today off to celebrate with our family. You will hear from us again tomorrow with a final post of this year’s MLT Club Advent Calendar (no more challenges though!) and the weekly MLT Club Wire newsletter. We will explain again how we will go about counting points and sending out all prizes.
We will post yesterday’s livestream at the top of the post to re-watch, especially for those who weren’t able to tune in live.

We had such a good time and want to say a big thank you to everyone who took part. We loved it and have learned a lot about the technicalities of streaming which will most definitely come in handy down the line 😉

This was the best Christmas Gift Mona and Lisa. Me and Maddie enjoyed seeing you live and chatting with you. Not to many people go the extra mile that you both do for us club members. You make us feel like a part of the family and with this live stream? It felt like we all sitting around the table sharing laughter and smiles for this holiday and having a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and just simply enjoying each others company. I hope you can do this again in the near future. It was perfect!! God bless you both

I wasn’t able to view the Live Stream due to being at work and boy was I glad it was taped for those of us that weren’t able to enjoy as it was happening…….I loved it and yes you do have some work to do in reading the screens…I’m sure Papi Rudi will solve that problem so that you girls aren’t constantly looking off screen and actually looking away from one another….but…it was a ???? effort and us MLT Clubbers are definitely spoiled with the perfection of Team MLT…..with each effort it WILL get better….thank you Papa Rudi and Michaela for all the work you do behind the scenes and of course thank you John and George…i er uh mean Mona and Lisa ????

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mona and Lisa for being the sweetest and most generous superstars! And thanks Rudi and Michaela for completing Team MLT. I can’t imagine any other performers being so kind and interested in their fans. The performances were amazing – as we all knew they would be – and to get to spend time with our favorites on such a personal level was awesome for all of us in MLT Club.

It was such a fabulous Live Stream. As usual Team MLT did a tremendous job while entertaining us with amazing music. The crowning achievement for a great December!

What a great start to Christmas the livestream was.
If only people gave as much as the Wagner family does the world would be a far better place. I try but do not have the ability to reach as many people as they do.
I hope that they take at least a 4 day break although I know that they will being doing their usual Friday update on Christmas morning (missing one wouldn’t do any harm). They deserve time to themselves.

Your creativity, generous spirit, and compassion made the end of this challenging year a true joy. Merry Christmas Mona and Lisa ! Or as we say in FInnish: Hyvää joulua ! Here the Christmas eve is is the most important day of the Christmas, All the cleaning and shopping is done, the tree is decorated and it´s time to relax. Santa comes usually in this evening but this year he might be just leave the presents at the door and wave through the window. Let´s all stay groovy next year !

I’ve really enjoyed reading everyone’s heartfelt thoughts on all the topics presented here, and I sincerely hope that those who haven’t yet tried it out will hop on board the discussion forums once in a while so that we can keep the conversation going year-round.
Agree, was so great to see so many new faces here we don’t normally get to connect with. MLT draw such interesting and wonderful people. Would be wonderful to continue the interactions at the forums and posts throughout the year! 🙂
I’m definitely up for keeping things going on the discussion forums. I only joined at the end of Nov and have been amazed at the camaraderie here. Thank you all.

Once in a while I think about how much technology has advanced in the last couple of decades and it amazes me what we can do. Holy crap, we watched the MonaLisa Twins live with more than a hundred others around the world. Some even watched on these hand held devices. I watched on a 4k big screen and the audio and video quality was mind blowing. I sound like my 80 year old father? The future is now.

Frohe Weihnachten! To you both and Rudy and Michaela. The livestream was fantastic and really well put together. My wife and I loved every minute of it. It was just like having a loving family in the room with us all, you two twins are so natural and easy to listen to. No airs and graces put on…..simply lovely. Thank you for all you have given us with your music. It has put a shining star on what has been in the main a darker and dismal year.
