Day 24 – Livestream Replay

Yesterday’s Livestream was FUN!

Thank you to everyone that tuned in live yesterday. Thank you for sticking with us through the technical hiccups in the beginning, thank you for the engagement, the comments and the questions throughout the show and thank you for all the wonderful gifts we received but most of all … thank you for being here and for making this time of the year so very special for us!

In case you missed the Livestream yesterday, you can watch it back today. ♥

We’re off now to celebrate Christmas (we celebrate on the 24th as it’s Austrian tradition) and wish you all the most peaceful, jolly, magical time today and tomorrow.

We’ll check back with a quick post tomorrow and will see you all in another video next week, Friday the 31st.

MUCH LOVE,

Mona & Lisa

  1. I LOVE the gypsy song! It is March 6, almost three months since Christmas, and I keep coming back to watch you two play this song. Pure joy!

  2. I am so happy that you posted this so I could see the last hour! A ukulele, two girls, a guitar, mix it all together, and pure magic. Congratulations to Joseph. Awesome prize! That should add a lot of “Merry” to your Christmas!
And, what a treat to see and hear you two perform Songbird. That sure added some Merry to my Christmas! This live stream has been such a JOY!! Thank you both, and your family support for bringing it into our homes. I wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and may 2022 be the best year yet, for all of you!!

  3. Hi Ladies,
Wow! You outdid yourself this year.
    What a Show, and Performance!
Loved seeing and hearing the entire Live Stream. Your sentiment while opening each and every card and gift speaks volumes of who you are.
Glad you all liked the gifts this year.
Yes the Cups were a reference to your early guitars, and the shirts were a testament and a way to remember your grandmother when ever you wear them. Glad you liked them.
Thank you for an amazing year, and all you do for all of us.
Thank you for letting us spoil you a bit during the year.
I was blown away by how much thought everyone put into their gifts. Especially the Paul McCartney autograph. In your words, “Holy Moly” Paul’s signature in the House”!!!!
May 2022 be even bigger and brighter for all of you. All the best to each of you.
    Rick

  4. Watching the two of you, especially when you are opening cards and gifts, is more charming than you could imagine. It felt like you were physically in the room that each one of us was in. I think it fair to say that the big beautiful smiles you wear could be the best present your fans get this year from anyone. I would have loved to seen a photo of the carnage of cardboard on the floor afterwards ????. You are appreciated and loved more than you could know by your fans . Thank you for hosting us this special time of the year.

  5. Lisa and Mona are two of the most charming people here. Thank you for sharing your Christmas with us. We had a lot of fun watching you open all of your gifts. And you singing was the icing on the cake.

You all have been working your butts off all month, so enjoy a well deserved rest.

    Happy New Year!
I’ve got Friday on my mind….

    JP & Marlo

  6. Such joyous fellowship shared by a diverse group of lovers of great music from all around the planet, all thanks to four very special, loving Austrian Englanders who happen to possess insane amounts of artistry and gracious generosity! You set a marvelous example of how to treat your fellow humans, and we’re all better people for it! Blessings always to you and the entire MLT Club community!

    1. A beautiful and superb way of describing what they bring and give to everyone. Their sense of fun is just so infectious but their humility and respect for others are things that so many people should look and at and learn from.

  7. I felt like it took forever to get to see you two on another live stream but it was definitely worth the wait!!! Thank you again for putting so much effort into making that happen… much love and appreciation you!

  8. I actually enjoyed the livestream so much I watched it all the way through again the next day! You would think that watching presents being opened would not be interesting but it was so enthralling as you unwrapped more and more delights from the pile of boxes as well as singing some lovely songs and answering our questions. It must be a bit more scary doing it all live but it all worked out amazingly well. Merry Christmas and hope you have a good rest for a few days.

  9. I really enjoyed that, and was specially happy for the live performance of Songbird, that saved me some hours getting it figured out for my students, lol.

  10. Thank you for that! I’d be down for more livestreams, not two hour ones but maybe fifteen or twenty minutes once in a while, play a song or two and chat a bit…

  11. I am so happy to be a part of this wonderful community of caring people. Mona, Lisa, Rudi. & Michaela all put in so much work into this club and it shows. It is so magical watching the girls sing and it is great seeing all of the love flow back to them, just as their love flows out to us. Merry Christmas everyone!

  12. Dear Mona and Lisa thank you for sharing a part of your life with all of us.

I wish the Wagner family and club members a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

  13. That was INCREDIBLE.

A Merry Christmas Out Of This World is the only way to describe something like that.

If people wanted to know how it used to be way back when, it was just like this. Out of nowhere each year comes this joyful time. There’s no one like Mona, and there’s no one like Lisa.

Merry Christmas to everyone in the MonaLisa Twins Club and Band.

    Life is good,
    Mike

  14. I have really enjoyed being a part of this great community all these years and look forward to more in 2022. Merry of Christmases to everyone and safe New Year. I only regret I was not able to post in the chat during the actual show as I was watching while working and my boss doesn’t appreciate us separating our attention from our jobs and our entertainment. But you only live once so there. 😛

  15. There are a few memories where the music is so so good it could move and stir me up inside with fireworks of emotions as to send shivers of joy, and the music you played for us at the Livestream was one of those incredible moments I will never forget (Songbird, Tonight You Belong to Me, All I Want Christmas To Be..) plus all the beautiful fellowship with fellow MLT Club members. It was so amazing to see you both just pick up your guitars and Uke and create music spontaneously like that so beautiful and moving. I don’t think there was a person in that virtual room who was not completely overwhelmed and moved with joy when you played. You made us all feel so welcome with your love, groovy cheer, and generosity.

Thank you Mona, Lisa, Michaela, and Rudolf for inviting us all into your home for Christmas and witness the most wonderful Christmas time we’ve experienced in a long time for many of us I am sure. Thank you for this lovely Christmas present and your presence! ???? Merry Christmas to everyone and may it be a beautiful new year. ???? ???? ✨ ????

    1. Hello Jung. If we ever needed a Chairman of the MLT Club you would be the natural choice (In my opinion) for your ability to speak for us all.

  16. Merry Christmas, everyone! I’ll be carrying fond memories of these past few weeks with me for a long time.

I have to say that I’ve never seen a kazoo attached to a guitar before. Very impressive! It looks like Mona just used Velcro. Does anyone know whether there’s a piece of equipment on the market designed specifically for this purpose?

  17. Thankyou Mona, Lisa, Rudi, Michaela for a most yet another year of #MLTBuzzLuvGroovified Awesomeness Fab Supreme, and the Livestream was the Best Gift to Give, most enjoyable, thoroughly, heartfelt, funny, sincere, etc … A smile on all our faces and within our hearts with Much Gratitude, I hope you enjoyed today ( the 24th as it’s only 9:24 pm as I write this ). I’ll be with my family on the 28th as it’s the best day that worked out for my oldest brother and his family to have my 2nd oldest brother and myself be able to go out to their place to enjoy our own wee Family Xmas ( my niece’s boyfriend included, I believe he is going to be there as well ), while memories of Mom and Dad and all passed loved ones will be in our hearts and thoughts too….????☮

  18. Dear Mona, Lisa, Rudi and Michaela,

Thank you for the best Christmas sendoff I could ever ask for.
I am very happy to be a part of, and a witness to the lovely interactions in this Club and with Mona and Lisa, who are so candid and generous sharing their life openly and lovingly with us. Rudolf and Michaela, even though you are staying behind the cameras, it shows how much work and care you put in daily, without holding back on anything.

Thank you for this lovely gift you gave us. It makes me happy to see the love pouring back to you from all the Club members.

Wishing you the restful and very happy Christmas you so deserve!

    Tomás

  19. To Mona, Lisa, Rudi and Michaela,
It’s a little annoying that I am unable to concisely convey what being a part of your journey means to me. If I’m down you bring me up; if I’m up you give me vertigo. This is a particularly poignant Christmas that has given me a different (positive!) attitude towards my trip through life, and mostly those I share it with, which includes miraculously four people a pond away that I’ve never met, but I think I know, at least to some extent.

I’ve been quite generous with the hugs this season, so I can only send one big one; you’ll have to pass it around. Thank you for doing what you do, and for the way you do it. I hope your Christmas was the best ever, and that next year is filled with successful steps towards the realization of your dreams. In light of the competition offered by the last couple of years, I’d think an extra sticky toffee pudding in 2022 would put those two far into the rear-view mirror.

    Stay groovy!
