MLT Club 2.0 – New Features & Look
We finally entered Phase 1 of the MLT Club 2.0 Relaunch!
There is much more to come as we are working on implementing additional features as we type, but for now there is already a whole lot to explore and we can’t wait for your feedback and first impressions.
Here is some of what is changing:
The Look – This is the most obvious one and hard to miss 😉 The whole website look already got a revamp and while we stuck to the original white-orange-grey theme you will notice the new website header, fonts, menu layout, etc. We are currently in the process of ironing out any bugs.
There were several reasons for this change:
- Pages load faster
- Phone & tablet usability is much easier and hopefully more intuitive
- Your profile page is easier to navigate and contains much more info
Functionality – We improved some already existing features of the MLT Club to hopefully make it run smoother and faster. For example:
- The “Search” function is improved and much more detailed and organised. That should help you find anything on the website and the Club with ease
- The “Wishlist” function in the store will be improved very soon
Community Features – We will expand much more on that front (we just gotta make sure everything works before we turn it on) but these will come on soon:
- You will get an activity stream like on social media sites where you can see everything that’s going on on our page.
- You will be able to directly comment in the stream
- We finally found a way to enable private messaging and yet keep privacy if you wish so
- You can connect yourself with other members
Please give us a few days to set everything up properly, there is still a lot to fix but we are so glad to finally get the ball rolling with this new launch. If you check back regularily you will see the new features appear one after the other. 🙂

The new site looks fine here, but I did try to use the “contact us” link to send a message (My calendar still hasn’t showed up)
It lets me fill out the form, but when i hit “submit”, “sending” pops up and stays there and I get a “Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again later.” error

Great so far! What can I say? -life with MLT just keeps getting more groovy all the time!
Finally got back on, was busy with life for a while! I really like this new look, and it is easier to navigate! Well, I have some more “looking around” to do! Awesome Club! Awesome Musc! Awesome People!
One thing I haven’t seen mentioned and hope can be addressed during all of this is the login page. When you click login from any page, the referring URL needs to be passed to the login page, and it needs to send you back there after you log in. As it is, each time I get a link to something in an email, I click it, get told “Oops, what you’re trying to view is private”, click login to login, and then land on my account page. Clicking the Back button just takes you back to the redirected page and I generally have no idea where the content is that the link was supposed to send me to. So I then have to go back to the email and click the link again to find the right page. It’s a very simple mechanism – please make the login page send you back to the referring page after login is successful!
As for everything else, I’m going to wait until it’s all finished and the bugs are ironed out before opining on it.

This is great. As I have said, being new to social media and computers in general, I am still learning….at 65….lol…but I have been enjoying the experience of MonaLisa Twins Club and music. I think you are doing a great job for your fans, I pretty sure that we all enjoy your Club and your music. It’s great to interact with fellow people and see how they think and what they like…or maybe dislike, but I have no dislikes. I Thank You Ladies for your music, I am looking forward to a new album with your music in the future. Until then, as always, Peace, Love and Happiness

Thank’s for your continued effort to make the club easy for the members to use. Being a developer I know that working out all the little bugs can be time-consuming. So I encourage the members to be patient, as you work to make it all better.

Wow, it looks like you guys jumped into your time machine again.
Everything looks fabulous. The Orange theme carried over very well. I noticed the pages loading super fast right away.
I like the Notification button at the top of the header. The pictures on the header look great, too. I really like the look of the forum. The Menus on the right side look nice.
Have fun debugging. A good way to get rid of hiccups? Take a mouth full of water, stand on your head(against a wall, if needed) and then swallow the water. Sounds crazy, but it works every time.

Loving new concept, just trying to figure out , navigate my way around new surroundings…glad the Private Messaging feature has arrived great idea as perhaps there are members who aren’t on social media ( Facebook, etc) and this gives an option to connect with other members???????? I’m just lost on how one logs out …that has me momentarily baffled, but maybe it’s because I use Android devices, thus layout appear differently then desktop version or Apple versions… Kydos to a fab revamp, loving what I see …!!!!
I liked the look., but I believe that the “post of the day” should appear in the clubhouse as it was before .. I just managed to find it by going to the “recent posts” section .. but surely after the adjustments everything will work very well.
Wow, love the MLT Club site facelift, everything looks and feels superb! Love the new layout and that Club Music page is awesome, and really nice having everything available at your fingertips from the profile page. It is MLT Club 2.0 indeed. Reminds me of the Windows 3.1 to Windows 95 revolution (that was before Mona and Lisa’s time, but Rudolf and Michaela might remember), not that things weren’t great already here, but now so much more. Kudos to team MLT, great job on this! 🙂
I’m already liking the new website especially the profile page, which I need to work since I just recently joined the MLT club.

I had a little trouble finding this post without the Clubhouse link, but after reading it I have a good feeling about the future of the MLT Club. Easier, faster, and more comprehensive? You always swing for the fences and please believe it is much appreciated!
