To celebrate the 6th anniversary of our original album ORANGE last month, we were holding a Giveaway for some of our orange-themed merch and a vinyl test pressing of the record. Thank you to everyone that entered by leaving a comment underneath this post, telling us their favourite memory related to the album. We LOVED reading the comments and hearing about the ways our record made an appearance in your lives. We’re nosy people 😉

What I would like to win is the hat worn by Mona! Not a hat like it, but an exclusive hat that she wore.
I got the idea after watching this video for the 5th time.
These are always such fun to watch! But I think my favorite part of this one was the mention of that beautiful quilt that was a gift from a wonderful fan. That is beyond special!

Ahhhh…..WooHoo.. Finally …I was able to Finally….watch the video tonight …still unclear why it wasn’t avaible/inaccessible for me earlier , but so happy now, I’m able to watch… if I recall …Jeanette is from Canada …. about a 6-7 hrs travel away from me ….

The changing hair styles of the twins is of constant interest 🙂 Of course their best styles have to be as they are now, but my vote for second best goes to Mona’s blond mop-top from her cavern days. Such a great style to have when playing rock 🙂 and she wears it soooo much better than Boris Johnson ever did 😀 Lisa’s longest reddest hair is her second best, as worn on the Once Upon a Time video 🙂

I want everyone to know that my steak is still alive. I can’t remember ever winning anything in a drawing, and that goes back many, many years. But I figure it’s and extension of an old saying: “Unlucky at cards, lucky in love”, so I’m perfectly happy with the luck I have. Lots of luck to the Twins in both your careers and in love!

A big Congratulation to the winners! You couldn’t find a more groovy, down to earth and warmhearted group of music lovers anywhere on the planet than right here in our MLT Club. They are an extension of the sincere compassion and joy the two of you radiate out into the world.

BIG CONGRATS to the three merch winners and a special warm congrats (plus a touch of envy, to be honest) to Jeannette! A fantastic prize for a very deserving recipient! I listened to the new Duo2 CD today at work, on repeat, naturally, and shared it with Mom when I got home. It’s now my favorite CD, your best album thus far in my opinion, and definitely the most emotion-provoking! My emotions run the full gamut if I’m able to really listen without distractions. Mostly joy, of course, but also fond remembrance during ‘Count on Me’ for obvious reasons. I can relate to ‘Alone’ and can’t comprehend how you wrote it so meaningfully at such a young age! ‘Vincent’ always makes me tear up, especially the ‘perhaps they never will’ line. Each track is a favorite for varying reasons, but when the vocals of ‘Teach Your Children’ started I got huge, legitimate chills! Your familial love shines thru in the harmonies! I request that you post a video for that one post-haste! GIANT KUDOS for such an AMAZING work of art! And groovy cover art, too, Mona!
I got home this morning after helping the 5th grade trumpeters at a local school. Then I fixed breakfast, made tea & watched the “Orange Giveaway.” Very cool what the girls do for their fans! I didn’t try to enter the drawing, as I didn’t have the Orange CD yet. But it’s on the way now with the 12 MLT CDs & other Merch that I just bought. Looking forward to all that!
I HAVE seen all the available videos from the “Orange” album, & they are all VERY GOOD! Looking forward to the new “Teach Your Children” video with Papa Rudi!
I’ve shown some MLT videos at times when I’ve taught students, & I like to show ones with their dad, such as “I’ll Follow the Sun.” I didn’t have video access at school for 2 days this week, but I had my guitar, so I taught several songs, & worked with the K thru 4th grade students on songs with percussion. They love doing that!

Do you watch on a phone or computer?, hopefully you are able to watch it sometime, it was fun.
I have no computer …only have Android phone/ Android Tabet…maybe it’s a glitch with YouTube and Anroid devices ….I’m just sad that I can’t tune in to watch today for whatever reason….any other time I can but not today ….😢

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful surprise to hear my name drawn! That makes two excellent days in a row for me – my Duo sessions 2 package arrived yesterday! One of my favourite things about the MLT club is hearing the heartfelt anecdotes and comments from everyone. That kind of sharing makes life so much richer!

Congratulations to the winners!. Really nice to hear what (your) music means to people, i bet one could make complete movies of those feelings and emotions. And as allways both Mona and Lisa wear clothes fittong to the subject…. Mona even had orange tips in het hair!! In our country there is a butterfly named after that an orangetip.
