“The Duo Sessions II” Album Release Date: November 5

Over the last few weeks, we filmed/recorded a new batch of Duo Sessions which means we have enough for a new album! We even wrote a brand-new song for it which we’ll also perform during the Livestream on Sunday!

This is the track list:

The pre-sale for the general public will start on October 22nd, but MLT Club Members can already place their orders and of course all your CDs and merch will get signed by us first! MLT Clubbers’ orders will also get dispatched first. As always, we will aim to dispatch all pre-orders ahead of the official release date!

And we have new merch! A wall calendar for 2024 with 12 so-far unseen photos and a notebook for all your creative/practical/doodling/journaling needs! 🙂

We’ll show off the new merch in detail during the Livestream and tell you a bit about the album creation process too!

    It says, in the shop, order complete. No delivery, yet. No download, too. No download links. My downloads page only shows Why? The links inside the MLT pages are very confusing. Even if I am signed in, I get signup and signin pages popping up all the time. Difficult to find stuff. This nested membership of general account and club membership is confusing. What’s going on..? I’m off-groove right now 🙁

      Nima,

      Click on HOME in the heading near the top of the page.

      Click on your name or picture in the upper right corner of the page.

      In the list that appears, click on Shop, and you’ll see a list of every order you’ve ever placed.

      Click on the View button for the row for the date you ordered it, to see the details.

      You might not have to click on HOME first, but sometimes the Shop link doesn’t seem to show up for me, so I wanted to give you a procedure that would always work, regardless of where you begin from.

        Chris,

        I used your advice on this suggestion of yours. I’ve been meaning to buy all the MLT recordings, but I’ve put it off, having so many expenses this year. However today, I went ahead & bought the bundle of all the MTL’s CDs, the new Duo Sessions II, the 2024 calendar, notebook & keychain. Now I’m looking forward to having all that good stuff soon!

        If you go to another site and click on your picture, you may see something similar, and maybe very similar, since the program the Club uses is used by a lot of other websites as well.

    You always choose the best covers! Looking forward to seeing the new calendar and of course it will replace the present one in my home office when it’s time. I’ll be listening to the new duo album and I will wear my anniversary pin for the first spin through. My radio audience is in for a treat, too!

    Konnte am Sonntag nicht live gucken habe mir aber schon 2 mal die Aufzeichnung eurer Session reingezogen. Ihr könnt stolz auf eure Performance sein. Hab mir schon das Bündle “Vorbestellung” Musik bestellt CDll hat eine super Zusammenstellung. Bis bald fühlt euch gedrückt von mir.

      Hi David,

      I just randomly clicked on some names to see where people are from and I see that you’re from Ontario, & play trumpet, flugelhorn, guitar and like Big Bands & screechy trumpet music! You must have heard of Maynard Ferguson who was born in Verdun, near Montreal? I met him many times because I’ve seen him “live” close to 60 times!
      I even arranged to have his band play for a fundraiser for my school music program in Seattle in 1998!

      He was one of, if not the greatest of all Jazz and high-note trumpeters and multi-instrumental band leaders. In case you haven’t seen these, here are two videos that show off SOME of his skills! I play trumpet & flugel still in a big band & retired from teaching a few years ago.

      By the way, my great grandfather, (4 times back) founded Hull, Quebec. His name was Philemon Wright. And my mother’s dad had been a Canadian Mountie at the turn of the 19th to 20th Centuries. OK, enough of that! Here’s the videos:

    I have just ordered the Duo Dessions 11- Music & Merch Bundle “Pre-Order”, I am so happy by the choices of the songs. like “Everybody s Talking” “Stuck in the middle with you” “Vincent” “Alone” “Junk” “I should have known better” “Sugar man “, etc. Also the beautiful calender of 2024.       It was a nice surprise to find out that Mona was the artist that created the album cover artwork. I guess I was wrong, It wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last.

    I wasn’t sure there’d be anything new this close to the Livestream and then Bam! It’s the long awaited second Duo Sessions CD! So I ordered the combo with the notebook and calendar because I noticed my 2023 calendar is running low on months. I really like the artwork on the Duo Sessions covers, so I’ll be making my own lyric scribbles as I listen to the tunes with my most groovy notebook, maybe sitting on the sofa with a pencil in my hand, writing down the things I’d like to say…. Hey, that reminds me of a song!

    Hiya…. WooHoo, Yippee Awesome Announcement for today …. I decided & Treated Myself to both an early Xmas/Bday present ( Dec/Jan) and got/ordered the Pre-order Bundle of the CD/2024 Wall Calendar /Notebook …. And I’ve been hoping at something a Notebook would become a merch item…maybe I suggested it one time…lol…just glad it’s now available for to further inspire my #mltbuzzluvgroovified creativity Juices…. maybe a totebag/knapsack could be a future merch idea… then it could be seen by all as I carry a tote/knapsack on a daily basis and would certainly be seen by the public at large …. Am looking forward to tuning in for livestream on this coming Sunday at 5 PM my time …. This Made My Day brighter , Thankyou 😊🤘🏻💜💯

    I ordered the notebook, cd, calendar, and scribble note.
    I am really looking forward to the livestream. My wife and I are spending the weekend in the beautiful Allegheny Forest in northern Pennsylvania, but I will be home in time on Sunday to watch.
    Mona and Lisa, you need to visit here, you would love it. All the leaves are changing color now .

    Just ordered the bundle. I use your calendars at my Static Caravan in Wales to log how many days I actually use my caravan, which is probably about 35% of the year at the moment, where I listen to your fantastic music and attempt to play your songs on my acoustic guitar which I leave there. So, I cant wait to play your new duo sessions CD out loud so all the caravan site can hear how good you are ha ha.
