It is very important for us to make it easy for members to suspend, reactivate or cancel their membership at any time. You have full control over your Account Settings under Profile > Shop > Membership > View.

Once you click “View” on an active Subscription you will see all details like your start date and next payment date. Underneath you will find the following options:

Suspend / Reactivate

This will change your membership status from “Active” to “On Hold”. All upcoming renewal payments as well as MLT Club access are now paused. Once paused, the button will read “Reactivate”. If you want to reactivate at a later time, click this button and access will continue and regular payments will pick up again.

This is useful if you want to take a break and come back to the MLT Club in the future. The advantage is, you can be an on/off member and would not have to go through the whole ordering process again and again.

Cancel

This will change your membership status from “Active” to “Pending Cancellation” until your paid-for month (or year, if you paid yearly) runs out. No more payments will be made.

In the “Pending Cancellation” phase you will still have access to all MLT Club content and receive MLT Club Wires (E-mail newsletters). After your time runs out, your status will switch to “Cancelled” and access to the MLT Club stops.

If you wanted to re-join the MLT Club at a later time after you had cancelled, you would have to purchase a new subscription in the store and go through the order process again.

Change Payment

On the “Change Payment” page can change the payment with which your renewal orders will get processed. You can use a Debit or Credit Card or simply enter your PayPal details.

Change Subscription

If you scroll down a bit further on your Membership overview page you will see an orange button called “Change Subscription”. This is useful if you want to change from a monthly subscription to a yearly one or vice versa.

When you click the button, it will bring you to the MLT Club product page where you can select your preferred subscription type (monthly or yearly). Once selected click “Switch Subscription” and follow the checkout steps.

  1. Hi,
Jan 13th was my one year anniversary with the MLT Club, yipee!
It’s been loads of fun and enjoyment. I do not plan on leaving you all any time soon, but it’s very kind and thoughtful of you to make it so easy and simple for someone to leave the club either permanently or temporarily.
    You have class.
    Best Wishes,
    Bobby S.

  2. These “Help” videos are very kool. I like how you marked the chapters. I am reminded of training videos I use to have to snore through for work. Yours are very light and interesting. Nice

And I do appreciate you being ‘round.

  3. The flexibility you offer with the membership is so thoughtful. Goes a long way to show how much you genuinely care about giving MLT Club members the best possible experience, and how much you appreciate them. These tutorial videos and your constant ongoing effort to enrich the MLT Club experience with new features all the time is awesome. Kudos.

  4. I am impressed. Most websites won’t show you how to cancel a subscription or account or they make it difficult. Will you leave these tutorials up for future reference?

    1. Hi Tim.
All these tutorials are under the Help tab in the orange bar at top of page. I know this is one video help I won’t ever need! 🙂

      1. Thanks for the reply Dana. No I don’t think I’ll ever want to cancel my subscription either. It’s too much fun.
